LifeSpring Ministries invites you to participate in our internship program, serving God and his people at the frontline of ministry. The program will provide personal development, growth in leadership skills while serving in the local churches of our region. Unlock your creative giftings and develop the call of God on your life!

Our aim is for you to grow in your call while serving and leading in real life settings. You can expect to complete the program and go deeper in your walk with God. You can expect to get involved in the following:

Practical information:
The program follows an academic year of voluntary serving. Our goal is to feed into you while also giving you opportunity to serve in equal partnership. You will also be registered to LifeSpring School of Ministry. For more details on the LSM structure, visit the LSM page.
We suggest you seek part time work on your non-intern days to self fund during the course of your internship. We ask that you find your own accommodation but if you need any assistance, we will do our best to help you find low cost accommodation for the year with a host family or landlord within the church.
Your schedule will be assigned to you based on your application and will usually consist of 2-3 working days plus additional events and gatherings.
Key dates:
Closing date for International applications: 8th July 2024
Closing date for UK applications: 1st August 2024
Internship starts week commencing: 17th September 2024
Internship ends week commencing: 15th July 2025
NOn-UK residents:
Our internship program is available for UK and non-UK residents. We offer a 12-month visa sponsorship to successful overseas applicants that will allow you to be in the UK for the internship year. Our visas may also allow you to work in other specific sectors. You can confirm this during your application process.

Requirements:
You have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your saviour
You are 18+ Years old
If you have a job, that you are able to fit it around your internship days
you can attend the full length of the internship from sept 2023 - July 2024
What the Internship Includes:
Serving on Sundays
2-3 office days a week (subject to serving in specific areas)
Weekly input/training/development
A Mentor for the year
Ministry leadership training days
Loving Our City & Outreach programs
Conferences
Reading books and completing book reports throughout the internship
Intern outings
Quarterly meetings with Relationships Pastors
Ministry trips
Optional missions trip (funds raised by the intern)
